RM-TechProducts.com will allow returns for up to 1 year after the date of purchase as long as the item is in its original packaging and is not physically damaged. If the return is a result of a malfunction and the item is still within its manufacturer warranty period, the buyer should return the item directly to the manufacturer following manufacturer policies and guidelines. For returns that occur in the first 30 days, RM-TechProducts.com will pay for return shipping, with the exception of select larger items, such as televisions and furniture. For those items, RM-TechProducts.com will pay 1/2 of the return shipping costs in the first thirty days, except in the case of malfunction where there is no manufacturer warranty. RM-TechProducts.com will pay the full shipping costs in the event of a malfunction within the first 30 days where no manufacturer warranty applies. Any shipping costs for returns after the first 30 days are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is the refund policy for products purchased on RM-TechProducts.com?
When RM-TechProducts.com receives the returned item and can verify its condition, RM-TechProducts.com will process the refund. The item must be returned undamaged in its original packaging in order to receive a full refund. Refunds for items returned without original packaging will incur a 25% reduction for repackaging purposes. The refund may take up to 7 business days to process through the payment provider and the buyer's bank, depending on the method of payment, the buyer's bank, and the payment provider. Items returned for reasons other than malfunction may incur a restocking fee from the supplier. This restocking fee will be deducted from the customer refund.
What is the policy for exchanging a product purchased from RM-TechProducts.com?
RM-TechProducts.com will give each customer returning an item the option of exchanging the item or receiving a refund following the Return and Refund Policies. Customers that opt to exchange a product may, at the discretion of RM-TechProducts.com, be allowed to keep or return the old item. When the old item is required to be returned, if it is within 30 days of purchase, RM-TechProducts.com will provide return shipping, except in the circumstances noted in the Return and Refund Policies. After 30 days, the buyer will incur the shipping cost, except in the event of malfunction. If the item is still under manufacturer warranty, the buyer should return the item directly to the manufacturer and request an exchange in accordance with the manufacturer policies and guidelines.
What is the Order Cancellation Policy for items purchased on RM-TechProducts.com?
Customer's that wish to cancel their order before the item is fulfilled by the supplier or manufacturer can do so without penalty or fees. Cancelling an order after an item has been shipped is not possible. The customer should receive the item, and return it following the return policy within the first 30 days. There is a period of time where the supplier or manufacturer has accepted the order, processed it for shipment, but the order has not shipped yet. Items in the fulfilled but not shipped status can be cancelled, but the buyer may be liable for any restocking fees from the manufacturer. RM-TechProducts.com will refund the order as soon as confirmation is received from the supplier or manufacturer.

RM-TechProducts.com will provide shipping labels for all returns where RM-TechProducts assumes the cost of returning the item.
